Terms & Conditions
A deposit of $40 is required at the time of booking - this payment will be offset against your final party payment. Any booking cancelled less than 7 days before the booked time will NOT have this deposit refunded.
All parties require a minimum of 8 paying children (or the equivalent payment of 8 children if you have fewer children attending).
Please note: NO refunds can be given once numbers confirmed 7 days prior to your party, as catering & staffing is pre-planned. This includes pre-ordered Ice-Cream Cakes. We thank you for your understanding.

Pre-payment of all parties is required (upon arrival to FUNKY Hearts on the party day is fine).
Pre-ordered adult party platters cannot be cancelled on the day & must be confirmed at least 1 week before your party booking.
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before your party starts to make final payment if not already paid, check in & supply your list of names if you have not already done so. You can email your list to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (please use party name and date as subject line) prior to your party day.
Please make sure all kids in your party group bring socks or you will be required to buy socks at the service counter.
You are welcome to bring in your own extra food (i.e. fruit platters etc), however we ask that your extra food contain absolutely no nuts or nut products. Thank you.
Due to health & safety regulations, NO cooked food we provide for your party can be taken off our premises. Leftover cold food can be packaged for you to take home.
You are welcome to bring your own themed plates, serviettes, cups etc, however we ask that no other decorations be brought in, and please DO NOT bring any horns, whistles, party poppers, confetti, sparklers or glitter. We thank you for your understanding. No decorations may be hung or put on any wall in any way.
At the completion of your party time allocation (1.5 hours), you are welcome to stay in the centre but we ask you leave the party room for cleaning & set up for any other parties
All normal rules of entry to FUNKY Hearts Inc apply to parties.
Parties at FUNKY Hearts Inc are hosted by you. FUNKY Hearts Inc simply provides the venue & any catering you have requested on the Party Booking Form. FUNKY Hearts Inc staff are not supervisors of your party group or children. Responsibility for all children in your group is entirely yours.
